Inside Port St. Lucie we cover the whole city, from the older streets near the North Fork of the St. Lucie River to St. Lucie West and Tradition west of I-95. Both of those master-planned areas often have architectural review for exterior changes, so we line up HOA approval of frame color and style before the City permit. North of the city, Fort Pierce is a separate city with its own permit office, so permits there go through Fort Pierce rather than Port St. Lucie. In Martin County we work in Stuart, Jensen Beach, Palm City and Hobe Sound; Stuart permits through the city and the unincorporated communities through the county. We also take jobs north in Vero Beach in Indian River County and south in Jupiter in Palm Beach County. Homes close to the ocean, on Hutchinson Island or beachside, can call for higher design pressures than lots a few miles inland, and we size products to what each permit office requires for that address.
